We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund & Return Policy
At Okie.com, each item is made-to-order, printed and fulfilled with care via our third-party production partner. As such, we maintain a firm and narrowly defined refund and return policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order, as by doing so, you acknowledge and accept all conditions herein.
Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges are strictly limited to instances involving verifiable product defects, including:

Manufacturing flaws, such as torn seams or stitching failures not caused by wear or laundering,

Significant misprints, such as missing design elements or distorted artwork (excluding minor misalignment within tolerance),
-
Incorrect items received, in the event that an item was materially different than ordered (e.g., wrong product type or color, not size).
If you believe your item meets the criteria above, you must submit a claim via our contact page within 7 calendar days of delivery, including:

A clear description of the issue,

High-quality photographs evidencing the defect(s),

Your order number and original order confirmation.
Upon receipt, our team will review the claim. If the product is deemed defective at our sole discretion, a return authorization will be issued, and the product must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense to our Oklahoma City processing address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed or returned.
Return Review and Final Determination
Once we receive the returned item, a secondary inspection will be conducted. If no craftsmanship or printing flaw is found upon examination, the refund will still be honored once per customer account as a courtesy. No further orders from the same customer, name, address, or payment method will be accepted going forward, as our production model is unsuited to discretionary returns.
Any attempts to bypass this policy through duplicate accounts or false claims may result in permanent disallowance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant consumer or payment protection bodies for abuse of process.
No Refunds for Sizing or Style
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and the subjective variance in personal fit, we do not issue refunds or accept returns based on incorrect size selection, fit preferences, or aesthetic dissatisfaction.
We strongly advise all customers to consult the Size Guide provided on each product page prior to ordering. Measurements reflect manufacturer specifications and may vary slightly from conventional retail sizing.
Visual Mockup Disclaimer
Please note that many of our visual product representations, including lifestyle photos and on-model displays, may be created or enhanced using AI-generated imagery. While these serve to approximate the final product’s appearance, actual printed placement and scaling may vary slightly from what is shown in the mockups.
Additionally, the body types, heights, and proportions of models used (real or AI-generated) may differ substantially from those of individual customers. As a result, products may fit and appear differently based on your unique body composition, height, posture, and proportions.
Final Notes
