At Okie.com, every product is custom made-to-order through a professional print-on-demand (POD) process utilizing direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. This means your item is not pulled from a warehouse shelf — it is printed specifically for you, on demand, once your order is placed.

Fulfillment Timeline

Once your order is received, it enters our fulfillment queue. Please allow up to 3 full business days for printing and processing. Many orders are fulfilled much sooner, but because each product is custom-made, we do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipping under any circumstances.

  • Fulfillment Time: Up to 3 business days

  • Shipping Time: Begins after the fulfillment window

We make every effort to keep you informed throughout the process. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships, and we’ll continue to send updates if there are any notable changes or delays.

Shipping Estimates & Delivery Expectations

Shipping timeframes vary depending on the destination, carrier volume, and seasonal factors. While most orders in the U.S. arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment, this is not guaranteed. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates — and are not binding promises.

We kindly ask that you allow for possible carrier delays, especially during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events). Unfortunately, we cannot control transit delays once a package has left our fulfillment facility.

Order Tracking & Communication

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email upon order placement

  • An update when your order has been fulfilled and shipped

  • A tracking number to monitor delivery status

We are committed to transparency and strive to keep communication prompt and accurate. If your tracking hasn’t updated within a few days of fulfillment, please give the carrier some time — it may be in transit even if the scan hasn’t yet posted.

Important Notes

  • Because each item is custom-printed, orders cannot be rushed or expedited outside the standard fulfillment process.

  • Orders may ship in separate packages depending on product type and fulfillment facility location.

  • At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup or local delivery.
